- Go to Settings → About (or About Watch)
- You’ll see the device name, model number, and other details
In the app on your phone
- Open the Mi Fitness app on your phone
- Tap the Device tab and select your connected watch
- Go to About Device to view the model information
On the box
- You can also find the model number on the original box under the barcode
- In Settings, look under Regulatory or Certificates for additional model identification

Find the Arrows
Look at the inside of your strap. You will see small arrows engraved on the links indicating the direction the pins must be pushed out.

Position & Push
Pull the pin from the link and disconnect the necessary links using your toolkit.

Secure Reconnection
Place the pin back, inserting it opposite to the arrow direction. Pointy side first, split-head end on top.
